CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation & No-Show Policy At To DyeFor Studio, we value your time and ask that you value ours. To ensure the best possible experience for all clients, a card on file is required to hold any appointment, and reminders are sent 48-72 hours before your appointment via text or email. We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us the opportunity to fill your spot with another client. Cancellations or rescheduling within 48 hours of your appointment will result in a charge of 50% of the total scheduled services. If cancellations or changes are made within 24 hours of your appointment, or in the case of a no-show, you will be charged 100% of the total services. The card on file will be automatically charged. Deposits go toward the total cost of your service at checkout. However, if an appointment is canceled or rescheduled multiple times, the deposit will be forfeited, and a new deposit will be required to reschedule. We understand that emergencies happen, and while we strive to be understanding in these situations, we track all late cancellations and no-shows to prevent abuse of this policy. Refund Policy Your payment covers not only the service itself but also the artist’s time, products, and other expenses used to create your experience. Therefore, no refunds will be given on services, products, or cancellation fees. If you are unsatisfied with a service, please contact us within 48 hours of your appointment to discuss your concerns. If an adjustment is necessary to meet your expectations, we will happily schedule a follow-up appointment at no additional charge. Please note that deposits are non-refundable.
